Our client was arrested for DUI 4^th Offense, which carries a sentence of 10 to 30 years in prison.  After our office was hired, we crafted a strategy to not only fight the charges head on, but to also help our client secure the addiction help he so desperately needed.  Due to the zealous advocacy of our client in court, and securing addiction help out of court, our client ultimately entered a rehabilitation facility instead of prison. He is now sober and has a budding career working for a nationally known employer.
