The Law Offices of Howard E Conday Jr has successfully represented a plethora of clients facing criminal charges. These charges include, but are not limited to, murder, attempted murder, armed robbery, theft, sexual assault, narcotics distribution, and white collar crimes. Many cases have resulted in an acquittal, dismissal, or plea to a lesser offense.
 
Further, our office has successfully represented clients in multiple state courts and federal courts. Although the state system and federal system are starkly different, we have extensive experience in both systems. That extensive experience in both the state and federal system has allowed us to be equally successful representing our clients in state court and federal court.  Since our office is well versed in both the federal and state system, we have often represented the same client facing both state and federal charges.
