Since its inception, the Law Office of Howard E Conday Jr. has been honored to counsel a wide array of clients as they navigate complex legal and business issues. Initially based only in the State of New York, The Law Office of Howard E Conday Jr. expanded in the fall of 2014 and now services the State of Louisiana.

A client was involved in a major automobile accident, causing the client to undergo numerous injections and a future surgery. Favorable Sentence Secured In Federal Burglary Case!!
Our client, along with a co-defendant,  was arrested by the federal authorities for a gun store burglary.  Although our client, prior to our representation, admitted to her role in the crime, we still fought the case vigorously.  After strategically leveraging our clients lack of criminal history and minimal role in the offense compared to her co-defendant, our office was able to secure a time served sentence of only 11 months!!
Drug Trafficking Case Dismissed!!
Our client was initially arrested, along with 8 other co-defendants, for a series of drug trafficking offenses.  After meeting with our client, he assured us he had no connection to the drug organization and no knowledge of any wrongdoing.  Our office then began to investigate the circumstances ourselves and came to the conclusion that our client did not have any connection to the drug organization nor knowledge of any wrongdoing.  After persistent advocacy on behalf of our client, we were able to secure a dismissal of the client’s charges!!!
