Our client, who was only seventeen at the time, was arrested and charged with Child Pornography because he and a sixteen-year-old love interest were sharing nude images of each other.  Although this was clearly an overcharge, the seventeen-year-old client was charged as an adult and placed in a maximum security jail.  After being hired, our office immediately secured a release of our seventeen-year-old client.  Moreover, after vigorously representing our client, the charges were ultimately dismissed!!
