Our client was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder after shooting at a person that followed him to his home.  Although this case was clearly self-defense, our client was arrested and incarcerated on a $500,000 dollar bond.  Upon hiring our office, we immediately gathered evidence of our client being attacked at a separate location, and then driving away from the aggressor.  Further, we gathered witness statements describing the aggressor chasing our client as our client fled to his home.  Due to our investigation and presentation of the facts to the District Attorney’s Office, our client’s charges were ultimately dismissed!!
